Sugarbush Bike Park is located in Warren, Vermont, nestled in the Mad River Valley. The elevation at the summit is 4,083 (1,244m) with a vert drop of 2,600 ft (790m). Trails begin at the top of Lincoln Peak where the elevation is 3,795ft (1,212m), and you will discover 36 trails stretching 18 miles, with long mellower descents and high-speed downhill runs. The trail crew have been busy doing a lot of excavator work creating new trail, berms, and jumps to balance out the rock-tech vs. sweet flow on the mountain.
Sugarbush has a full line of bike rentals, with helmet and gear, available for the whole family or anyone visiting from out of town, should you arive without proper equipment. They offer a "Skills for the Hills" Intro to Downhill clinics for all ages and abilities, kids’ adventure camps, and women’s mountain bike camps are also available.
The bike park is recognized for their outstanding assortment of mountain bike trails, but another great option not to be missed and located just outside of the bike park is the trail systems of the Mad River Valley. The Cross Country MTB Trails of the Mad River Valley:
There are almost sixty miles of mapped trails that are linked to the downhill terrain, thanks to the Vermont Mountain Bike Association. Because of that there is now, 3,000ft of vertical descent into the villages of Warren, Waitsfield, Fayston and Moretown.
