TRAILS: |
COMMENTS: |
RATING: |
Beginner Trails: |
New skills area with a beginner trail and a variety of features to session. Downtown, Gopher, and Big Ring trails, but there is no beginner trail that descends from mid-mountain…much less the peak. |
|
Intermediate Trails: |
Most of the intermediate rated trails have some pedaling and lack any real features specific for the intermediate rider. |
|
Advanced Trails: |
This is where Mammoth excels! There’s no shortage of awesome trails for the advanced rider. |
|
Technical trails: |
Same as above. Technical rock at its best! |
|
Flow/jump trails: |
It’s virtually impossible to build jumps out of pumice, but the trail crew have done an amazing job with pavers and wood. |
|
Trail variety: |
Pretty much everything except hero-dirt and wet rocks & roots. |
|
Trail Conditions: |
Good for the natural conditions. |
|
Trail signposting: |
We have had some difficulties route finding due to lack of signage. |
|
