COMMENTS: |
RATING: |
Beginner Trails: |
There really is only one beginner route down the hill. It is perfect from off the top. But it became a bit steep further down. |
|
Intermediate Trails: |
Probably where they excel the most – so many trails for the intermediate rider. |
|
Advanced Trails: |
Many more huge features than your average bike park. |
|
Technical trails: |
Yep they got them. |
|
Flow/jump trails: |
They got this too... |
|
Trail variety: |
Tech, flow, jump, gnar, freeride and XC. They have most of what’s possible! |
|
Trail Conditions: |
Not bad. |
|
Trail signposting: |
Just a couple of spots where we got confused but nothing major. |
|
Other trails in area: |
We were having too much fun ridding at the park, we forgot to ask. |
|
PRACTICALITIES: |
COMMENTS: |
RATING: |
Day Pass Value for money: |
Given what you get, it is well worth it. |
|
Ease of parking to lift: |
You will have to fight it out with water park traffic. |
|
Lift lines: |
Not that bad considering the rider numbers. |
|
Quality of rental fleet: |
Great bikes but must be a Specialized fan. |
|
On-site Bike Shop: |
Awesome. So much stuff to buy! |
|
Lunch options: |
The Biergarten is the only option. |
|
Water by the lifts (yes/no): |
When we there we had to bring our own water but we were told that sometimes there is a large water container at the bottom. |

COMMENTS: |
RATING: |
Staff friendliness: |
Awesome crew. |
|
Family-friendly: |
More than kids could ever handle. |
|
Restaurants: |
As awesome as it is, the Biergarten is not really a restaurant. Have to drive for anything else. |
|
Nightlife: |
On a Thursday night we had a great time! |
|
Random: |
Highly recommend the Mixing Bowl in Vernon for breakfast or brunch. They have massive omelets and pancakes! |
