Vallåsen Bike Park is located in Vaxtorp, Sweden which is only about 160km from Copenhagen, Denmark. The bike park is relatively small in area, but it is packed with 9 trails ranging from beginner to advanced. Under new management since 2012, the bike park has been gradually adding new trail and terrain features with an emphasis on machine built jumps and berms. The bike park trails are accessed via "T-Bar" Drag Lift. Riders hook the "T" bar to their seat and it gives them a boost up the mountain!
This bike park is described as “old school” as the trails are mostly DH single-track style with the exception of one trail that offers jumps. The vibe at the bike park is friendly and everyone is welcome.
