Klingsporn Bridle

Trail Stats

Type: Downhill

Difficulty: Difficult

Length: 8.65km

Difficult, steep single track with plenty of technical sections before opening to a wide fire trail towards the end. High level endurance, high level technical skill. The famed Klingsporn Trail is an old stockmen’s track which is now a cranking downhill trail. It starts at the Mt Buller summit and takes you out of the Mt Buller Resort and into state forest, finishing at Mirimbah at the base of the mountain. This gruelling ride will test your skills and leave you feeling exhilarated. However, note that the trail heads out of Resort boundaries and is not patrolled or maintained by Mt Buller Resort Management or Buller Ski Lifts therefore the condition of the track cannot be guaranteed. This track is used mainly by walkers. Be aware and give way to all walkers on the trail.
