Located in Tongarra, NSW - (approximately 1 hour South of Sydney) in the foothills of the Macquarie Pass National Park. Near the city of Shellharbour & just South of Wollongong, Green Valleys sits on 103 hectares of Sub-tropical forest.

The brainchild of Nick Haertsch (Operations Manager), Green Valleys came to fruition over years of patience & planning in collaboration with MTBA, Wollongong MTB Club, and Freestyle BMX AUS. Already, the bike park has played host to multiple Freeride events & Downhill races.

The nature of the terrain provides riders plenty of opportunity to rip through berms, test their skills through gnarly rock gardens and off camber technical sections. The jumps are totally legit and offer enough airtime to get sideways and style-out! With just enough brake searing vertical descent, Green Valleys is now solidly on the radar of downhillers throughout the region...looking to set some records and earn 'top-dog' status.

Green Valleys Mountain Bike Park offers a "Gravity Shuttle" and is open to the public. *However, to ride at GV, you must be a member of MTBA or Freestyle BMX AUS. [This membership provides personal accident insurance for the rider and public liability insurance for the park] For the overseas visitor, GV offers a day pass ticket that includes a temporary membership to MTBA.

Hours of Operation: Thurs. evenings 5pm - 9pm. & Sat/Sun 7am - 5pm. Pricing: $30 GV MTB Members, $45 other MTBA Members, $60 non-MTBA Members.
